Paula Alexandra Silva and Fernando Ramos launch a special issue of Frontiers in Computer Science dedicated to understanding the power of digital media in reshaping and engaging societies and territories. The special issue also counts with the participation of two renowned international researchers, Annika Wolff, researcher at Lappeenranta University, Finland, andLiam Magee, researcher at Western Sydney University, Australia. Submissions are open for abstracts, until September 15th, and for full papers, until December 15th.
