Management Structure

In order to support the efforts of the Consortium in the most efficient and flexible way, a dedicated project management structure includes:

 
Technical Committee (TC)

It is composed of the Project Coordinator (CP) and the Workpackage Leaders (WPL). The TC has the final decision on fundamental issues of CeNTER that affect the project as a whole such as the termination of the project before the end of the runtime or drastic changes in the overall direction of the project

 
Management Team (MT)

It is composed of the Project Coordinator (PC), Dissemination Manager (DM) and a Financial Manager (FM)

Workpackage Leaders (WPL)

They are responsible for the detailed coordination, planning, monitoring and reporting of each WP and for the detailed communication with other WPs. They report directly to the Project Coordinator and, more specifically, WP Leaders are responsible for:
 ● Coordinating the WP tasks including technical and management activities;
 ● Continuously monitoring the progress of the Tasks, controlling its efficiency;
 ● Forwarding a synthesis of WP activities to the project dissemination channels;
 ● Ensuring that milestones and deliverables of the WPs are fulfilled;
 ● Organising, if needed, special meetings to determine suitable measures to be taken.

Stakeholder Group (SG)

In order to achieve a continuous flow of information back and forth between the project and the policy makers, a Stakeholder Group (SG) will be formed comprising representatives of local institutions as well as third sector institutions and business associations from the Centro Region, that express their interest in participating in join the project.
